ePortfolios: Graduate Recruitment, Business Benefits and Employers' Views

27 March 2015 - ePortfolios are widely used across the business sector in the US but are a relatively new and innovative concept in business education in Australia. ePortfolios represent another link in the ‘connected’ world that provides students with an opportunity to promote their brand equity. This round table sought to discover how ePortfolios can become valuable tools when recruiting, selecting and employing business graduates.

Big Data Application Round Table

17 February 2015 - B/HERT hosted a round table on Analysing Big Data. There is no bigger ‘big data application’ than proposed for ‘The Square Kilometre Array (SKA) program’. Australia is a key host and leader for this program, involving CSIRO, Curtin University, UWA, Cisco, along with the Federal and WA Governments.
