BHERT has produced a publication which showcases some of the excellent partnerships at work across the business and higher education sectors. BHERT has previously looked at this relationship from the institution’s perspective but we now wish to establish what those in business and industry actually place value on—value including other metrics not just monetary.
Partnerships at Work is a collection of case studies highlighting a range of projects which not only have a research component but also commercial intent. The case studies are written from the business partner perspective in collaboration with the eight contributing universities.
If this is your area of interest and you need to know what the possible opportunities may be, then this publication is a good starting point.

BHERT launched this publication at the BHERT Awards Dinner on 7 Nov 2013. The publication examines 10 case studies from previous BHERT Award winners. The material defines very clearly the art of collaboration and the benefits that can be achieved by the business/industry and tertiary education sectors.
